CANCELLATION POLICY
Dollhaus Refinery Cancellation Policy At Dollhaus Refinery, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once without losing the deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in loss of your deposit. Refunds & Exceptions • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
